Saying sorry has never looked so pretty... This lovely Stampin' Up! exclusive design offers a wonderful collaboration of colors and just the right touch of added 'extras' to make the card perfect. 

 

It's all in the details! 

The intricate detail of the main image from the Field Flowers stamp set really brings this pretty card to the next level.  The beautiful textured stippling 'comes to life' against the crispness of the whisper white card stock and offers a such richness.  The pretty curves of the "S" seems just right for the card too. 

 

Creative Note:

Take a peek at the Raspberry Ripple colored twine weaved through the glitzy faceted button. You can create the same effect using Stampin' Up!'s white bakers twine and a Raspberry Ripple re-inker.  It's just a simple dye job!

 

Complimentary Contrast-

I'm a sucker for Raspberry Ripple!  But I love how the Certainly Celery scallop border POPS agains the Chocolate Chip.  The darker hue offers a nice background so your eye picks up the subtle scallop.  So pretty!

Gotta love this!

It's been far to long since I have sat down to write you a little creative note. This seems to happen to me every fall.  The kids go back to school, their activities get busier by the day and although we are happy and healthy, this mama can't catch her breath!

So as 'breathless' as I may be (!) I am so stinkin' excited to share the upcoming projects with you.  The cards and projects from now till the holidays are delightful! There just isn't another word that describes them better...  Here's a pic of the little preserves jar that we'll be making at the October 30th Creative Tuesday Thanksgiving Goodies & Cards class. 

 

This sassy little treat holder is complete with 4 yummy chocolates cutely wrapped in Orchard Harvest Designer paper.  As a side note, I'll supply the chocolates for you at class so you can be ready to truly Make, Take and Give! You'll be able to play with the Perfectly Preserved Bundle and see how fun and easy the coordinating pieces are together.

Home is...

"Home is wherever I'm with you"... what a wonderful sentiment.  How could your heart not be happy hearing that?

This card might tip the scales towards being a bit more traditional in color and appearance but there's nothing 'old school' about the cool tools that were used to create the design.  Here's what I used to create this pretty piece of artwork:
