Loving this fun, festive and colorful holiday card! This sweet ditty may take a touch of extra time, but the person opening the envelope will certainly cherish it...
The components are rather simple. The Holiday Happiness stamp set has everything you'll need. The ornaments on the tree may be arranged in any way you like and each will been cut out with a pair of paper snips.
Hint: The paper snips make the cut-out process super simple as they get into small nooks and crannies with ease.
Here's your supply list:
Card Stock: Confetti White, Crumb Cake, Old Olive & Island Indigo
Designer Series Patterns Paper: Regals Collection
Stamp Set: Holiday Happiness
Classic Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede, More Mustard, Island Indigo & Wild Wasabi
I'm loving today's Idea of the Day! The neutrals are clean and crisp and the Designer Paper is lovely with the paisley print. I discovered a few hints when making the card so you'll be able to pull it off in a snap. See the helpful hint picture below! You can make your ruffled fold as 'dense' or 'spread apart' as you'd like, but I used a 12" x 1-1/4" piece of Designer Paper (it was actually a scrap piece of paper) and I liked the results.
Here's your Supply List:
Card Stock: River Rock (for the base of the card), Soft Suede, Pear Pizzazz & Very Vanilla
Designer Series Paper: Spice Cake
Ink: Versamark
Punches: Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border
Sassy Accessories: Antique Brads (love these!), Sticky Strip, SNAIL adhesive and a Mat Pack to make putting the brad in super easy!
Today's Idea of the Day is taken straight from the November Stamp Shoppe cards!
Simple, classy and absolutely beautiful... There are a few things going on in the design, yet completely compliment one another. When seeing this card in person, you can't help but want to take a moment to touch all of the textures!
Supply List for Today's Idea of the Day Card: Card Stock: Very Vanilla Stamp Sets: Easy Events & Hand Penned Holidays Ink: Jet Black Stazon Ink Stampin' Write Markers: Old Olive & Real Red Sassy Accessories: Big Shot, Snow Burst Embossing Folder, Basic Pearls & Very Vanilla Velvet Ribbon
Creative Note: The Velvet Ribbon is incredible. The texture is perfect and the ribbon ties beautifully; it isn't bulky or cumbersome.
Design Tip: If you need to adhere the velvet ribbon to a card or project, I recommend using a mini glue dot or sticky strip. The ribbon has just enough fibers on the back that the SNAIL adhesive just isn't quite strong enough. The other two options will work better for you.

I can feel it - I'm gonna get hooked! There's only two more days to grab your FREE digital Downloads at mydigitalstudio.net so please hurry. The downloads are available to all and work with most design software programs, if you don't have My Digital Studio.
I promise that tomorrow's Idea of the Day will feature some Free Christmas Download 'shout outs', but for today, in honor of Charlie's team doing well and the Bills playing today, I'm gonna feature the Adrenaline Rush page that comes free (through Monday, 11/7) in the Natural Delightful Digital Tape download.
Again, this couldn't get any easier... The 'before' page looks like this...
After: I added a picture of Charlie and some game stats as a reminder of the time/place and ta-da!
My friend Barbie's son has been having a great year. Billy is a really 'stand up' kid and I'm so pleased that he and Char are buddies and have the opportunity to play football and LAX together. Here's a shout out for my sweet peep and her kid! I took (literally) another quick 5 minutes to plug in Billy's pick, rather than Charlie's and added some Bravo Burgundy to change things up a bit - just to show the versatility of the MDS software. Fun & easy!
Color me HAPPY!! I would never consider myself a strong scrapbooker. I'd love to be as I'm crazy about all of the components; paper, pictures, embellishments, journaling and creating. But I never really know where to begin. Yet, I think I've found my new nitch! DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING!
I love using my computer to create and now with My Digital Studio, I can take the tons of pictures that I have on my phone and flash drive and then just point and click. Check this out... Stampin' Up! is offering FREE Digital Downloads through Monday, Nov 7th.
As you can see, the majority of the work is done; the layout/design, embellishments and text placement. The only thing left is to just add your pictures and the verbiage that relates to your picture story. For ease and just to get my feet wet, I tackled the left page. And here it is...
This can be printed out on a 12x12 printer or I can send right to Stampin' Up! and they'll print it for me. Once I have a collection of pages, I can send them all at onece and have them bound or I can print at my leisure and collect the pages to then put in a traditional 12x12 Scrapbook.
New to Digital Scrapbooking like me? Sara Douglass from Stampin' Up! (she is so stinkin' sassy!) has a great beginners artical that I found very helpful. Check it out here. Hurry and grab those FREE downloads!

Today's Idea of the Day is perfect for getting the job done quickly and easily. Kristin Roberts, a sweet member of my team created this fantastic One Layer Wonder card and she's rockin' my favorite stamp set from the Holiday Mini, Gently Falling!
Kristin makes this card work with a nice combination of two-step stamping and then a little POP! She cut out the maple leaf, used dimensionals to raise the image then added a touch of shimmery glitter to the veining of the leaf and wowza - it's ready to roll! Thanks for sharing, Kristin. You're the 'bee's knees'!
Savvy Savings Tip: The Gently Falling Stamp Set gives you quite a bang for your buck! The set comes with two complete leaf images; the outlines and the middle or interior of the leaf. I have used the set together as intended, as a two step, yet the outline images are crisp clean and beautiful. They look wonderful on their own. The interior of the leaf looks lovely in a neutral or light colored ink as a subtle compliment.
Today's Idea of the Day is a card that I made for my Mom using some of my fav fall pieces from the Holiday Mini. I'm crazy for the Spice Cake Designer Paper. The colors are out of this world! Crisp, fresh and rather unpredictable. I may never have chosen to pair So Saffron, Soft Suede and Pool Party - but it works and works beautifully.
Supply List: Card Stock: So Saffron, Pool Party & Whisper White Designer Paper: Spice Cake Ink: Classic Soft Suede, So Saffron & More Mustard Stamp Sets: Gently Falling & Perfect Words (*Exclusive Hostess Benefit) Punches: Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border & Modern Label Addt'l Tidbits: Basic Rhinestones, SNAIL Adhesive & Dimensionals
